KYK Genesis 30000

The KYK Genesis 30000 is no longer available in Canada or the USA.

The Bad News:
The KYK machines were originally made by EOS, a well established and highly regarded Korean manufacturer of water ionizers. As KYK’s reputation in the water ionizer industry grew, they decided to start manufacturing parts on their own in order to reduce costs. That is when their troubles began.

We stopped carrying the KYK products in early 2010 due to poor quality control from the company. We found that the return rate on the once very reliable KYK machines increased dramatically on the last 200 units that we ordered. In fact, the return rates were many times higher than the other products we carry. To make matters worse, KYK refused to provide adequate support or replacement parts which made it impossible for us to continue to offer the product to our customers.

The Good News:
EOS, the original manufacturer of the KYK machines agreed to help us out, as they are a company of very high ethical standards. They informed us that they wanted to insure that anyone who had purchased a product with any association to EOS would be able to obtain parts for their machines. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company.
