We provide honest answers to your questions, and offer advice to help you choose the best machines for you.  

GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:

We offer a sixty day “Hassle Free” return policy.  You can return any water ionizer during the sixty day period following the purchase date for any reason.  The product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any charges to return the product to a “as new” state.  The restocking fee covers approximately half of our cost of testing the equiment, replacing the filters, paying the credit card charge, and selling the returned machine as a demo unit.

GUARANTEED WARRANTY:

We offer a five year “bumper to bumper” warranty on parts and labour for all water ionizers that we carry.   We also offer limited lifetime parts warranties on Chanson and Jupiter machines, as the manufacturer guarantees the supply of free replacement parts.  All warranty work is performed in one of our Canadian offices to minimize shipping delays and to guarantee quality assurance.
