GUARANTEED SATISFACTION:

We offer a sixty day “Hassle Free” return policy.  You can return any water ionizer during the sixty day period following the purchase date for any reason.  The product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any charges to return the product to a “as new” state.  The restocking fee covers approximately half of our cost of testing the equipment, replacing the filters, paying the credit card charge, and selling the returned machine as a demo unit.
